PARISH COUNCIL VACANCY

 Would you like to be involved in the decision making in the village?

The Parish Council currently has a vacancy for the co-option of a Parish Councillor. If you are interested and want to find out more, speak to one of the Councillors or contact the Clerk. No experience is necessary and training is available. More details can be found on the Council website www.oddingtononline.net

The Parish Council will consider applications at the meeting on Thursday 19 February. Any person wishing to apply for the position should email the Clerk parishclerk@oddingtononline by Thursday 12 February with a brief CV. Applicants will be invited to attend the meeting on 19 February.

To qualify, a person must be a British subject, Commonwealth citizen or a citizen of a member state of the EU, over 18 years old and an elector; must reside within Oddington or within three miles of it (for at least the past 12 months), or occupy as owner or tenant any land or premises therein, or have their principal or only place of work there, and must not be disqualified from holding office as a Councillor (further details available from the Clerk)
